Acne scarring is one of those concerns that takes time - and not every scar should be treated the same way.
This patient first connected with us after seeing a microneedling demonstration at our Open House. When she later came in for a consultation, we assessed her skin, talked through realistic expectations, and built a treatment plan based on the type of scarring she had.
Because some of her scarring was adhered, we used targeted subcision before microneedling to help release those underlying adhesions. From there, she completed a series of 3 full-face microneedling treatments, spaced over several months to allow for healing and collagen remodeling. We also incorporated Hydrinity Restorative HA Serum to support hydration, barrier health, and recovery along the way.
