Nourish Your Skin
Nourish Your Skin

Sometimes the hardest thing to release is the version of ourselves we thought we had to stay.
This season has been teaching me that slowing down, changing, healing, and becoming is not something to be ashamed of.
If you’re in a different season of life, motherhood, business, or body image — give yourself grace. 🤍
What are you learning to let go of right now?
Sometimes self-care isn’t adding another thing to your routine…
it’s having nowhere to be, nothing to answer, and nothing expected of you for a little while. 🤍
Come for the skin. Stay for the exhale. ✨
Be honest… when was the last time you had 75 uninterrupted minutes completely to yourself?
Mom life → treatment room. 🤍
Before you arrive, I’m resetting the space, warming the towels and preparing all the little details that make your facial feel like more than just skincare.
Then the lights dim… and it’s your turn to exhale. ✨
What’s one little detail that instantly helps you relax during a facial?

I thought I knew exactly what kind of Skin Therapist I wanted to be… until I actually started doing the work. 🤍
I started in medical aesthetics fascinated by everything we could do to the skin… but eventually realized I was craving a deeper, more hands-on approach.
I didn’t leave skincare behind, I simply found the way I wanted to practice it.
Fellow beauty professionals: what part of your work made you think, “This is my thing”?
Skincare lovers: are you drawn more to advanced treatments or a hands-on holistic facial experience? ✨

One of the biggest shifts in my practice was realizing I didn’t always need to reach for more.
More products. More actives. More treatments.
Sometimes the skin needs us to slow down and ask better questions.
As a Holistic Skin Therapist, I want to understand the person behind the skin, their routine, lifestyle, stress, and what their skin has been experiencing lately.
And for my fellow estheticians, sometimes our greatest skill isn’t knowing what to add…
it’s knowing when to simplify. 🤍
Have you ever noticed your skin change during a particularly stressful or busy season of life?
POV: You booked a facial for your skin…
but your whole body needed it.
You came for the glow.
Then your jaw softened.
Your shoulders dropped.
Your breathing slowed.
And for the next hour,
nothing was required of you.
This is why I’ll always believe…
it’s not just a facial.
It’s an experience.🤍

Maybe you don’t need another skincare product.
Maybe you need an hour where you can finally exhale. 🤍
Over the years, I’ve realized that some of the most meaningful parts of a facial aren’t found inside a bottle.
It’s the intentional touch. The slowing down. The way our hands learn to feel where someone is holding tension and the care we put into every movement.
And if you’re an esthetician, you probably know the feeling… when a client gets off your treatment bed and says, “I needed that.” Those words mean so much more than my skin looks good.
This is the experience I’ve created inside my treatment room and the reason I still love what I do after all these years. 🤍
People may forget the products you used, but they’ll never forget how you made them feel. 💜
Today I shared a mini facial and scalp treatment with my daughter, and it reminded me that meaningful touch is powerful. It helps us reconnect, unwind, and simply be present.
As beauty and wellness professionals, we have the opportunity to create moments where our clients can finally slow down, breathe deeply, and feel cared for. In a world that constantly demands more, offering rest is a beautiful act of service.
What helps your clients feel truly relaxed and cared for during a treatment?

If you only have 2 minutes… do this for your skin 🤍
In this season, simple is enough.
This is what I’ve been doing to support my skin postpartum
without overcomplicating things.
If you’re in a similar season
and want the products I’ve been using,
comment POSTPARTUM and I’ll share them with you 🤍
As a skin therapist, I’ve always cared deeply about nurturing others.
But in this season…
my care has shifted.
From clients → to my baby 🤍
The same intention, the same gentle touch…
just a different purpose right now.
And I trust that when the time is right,
everything will flow back again.
To the moms in this season you’re doing enough 🤍
