6. I promise to stay educated on HEALTHY hair and scalp care.
7. I promise to never rip your hair apart for the sake of getting clean parts. That goes for parting the hair with a comb as well.
8. I promise to always be ahead of any other Loctician in Houston concerning styling techniques. (You will never get bored with the same 2-3 styles)
9. I promise to never have you waiting to be seen by me or my shampoo tech.
10. I promise to NOT have you in the salon for over 3 hours for a simple retwist.
11. I promise to create a relaxing, drama free, gossip free environment.
12. I promise to never scratch your scalp during a shampoo. (This exposes you to abrasions and cuts. So, I’m just not going to do it.
13. The alternative to scalp scratching: I promise to always use the groves in my finger tips to gently lift any dirt or particles on your scalp while shampooing.
14. I promise to not halfway do your locs just so I can earn a quick buck. (This means I will make sure that you are not frizzy and that your locs are even throughout each entire Loc.)
15. I promise to educate you so that you will know what to do in between visits as well as what to look for in the event that you have to go to someone else.
16. I promise to connect you with other stylists that I trust to have the same commitment if you are unable to schedule with me.
