Patricia Neo Ntwayagae an emerging Automotive Air Conditioning Technician in Old Naledi is pushing to formalise, and protect her growing brand even as she battles the harsh realities of a seasonal industry. Ntwayagae continues to build a resilient and professional air-conditioning business by strengthening her technical edge, refining customer retention strategies and progressing toward full compliance through C**A - Companies and Intellectual Property Authority - Botswana.

Determined to build a sustainable enterprise, she says her biggest challenge is the sharp drop in demand during colder months. “Since air conditioning is seasonal, winter we run a loss. We try to retain customers by cheaper services and free checking, after everything is diagnosed that is when you can pay,” she explained.

Ntwayagae specialises in diagnosing, repairing and maintaining vehicle A/C systems, offering services that range from compressor repairs and condenser cleaning to filter replacement, A/C oil top-ups, gas refills and full system recharging. Her precision, reliability and customer-first approach have earned her a loyal following among drivers who rely on efficient cooling in Botswana’s intense summer heat.

Despite seasonal setbacks, Ntwayagae remains driven to scale her operations, retain loyal clients and offer high-quality, accessible services. From quick diagnostics to full system overhauls, she continues to provide dependable, affordable automotive air-conditioning solutions geared toward long-term growth and customer trust.
