When you’ve been smelling something for a while, your brain starts tuning the scent out, a little phenomenon called olfactory adaptation.
So what can you do? Try smelling your own skin. Simon’s trick: bring your nose into the inside of your arm and breathe in and out a few times.
And apparently, once you know the trick, you have to test it from every possible angle! 😂
