If customers don't prefer to make card or bKash payment then they can opt for the Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payment method instead. With COD, customers can pay in cash at the time of delivery of product. Products purchased from our online store are being delivered all over Bangladesh. We don’t deliver items internationally but any customers living abroad can purchase products if delivery address is within Bangladesh. We process all deliveries through reputed couriers and our own delivery team. If customers are not happy with an order, we can offer to have that item replaced and delivered without any extra delivery charges, or refunded subject to our refund policies.
