আমরা, রোহিঙ্গা সম্প্রদায়ের সদস্যবৃন্দ, রোহিঙ্গা শরণার্থী ক্যাম্পের বর্তমান গুরুতর নিরাপত্তা পরিস্থিতি এবং রোহিঙ্গা যুবক জুবাইরের নিহত হওয়ার ঘটনায় আমাদের গভীর উদ্বেগ প্রকাশ করে এই অভিযোগপত্র দাখিল করছি।

আমরা অত্যন্ত উদ্বিগ্ন যে, ক্যাম্পে সক্রিয় কিছু সশস্ত্র গোষ্ঠী, বিশেষ করে RSO এবং ARO-এর বিরুদ্ধে বিভিন্ন গুরুতর অভিযোগ উঠেছে। এছাড়াও, অভিযোগে Mv Shomshun Nur, Mv Nasair, Hala Bashi, Topi Ayob এবং আরও কয়েকজন ব্যক্তির নাম উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে।

আমরা বাংলাদেশ সরকারের নিকট বিনীতভাবে অনুরোধ করছি যে, উল্লিখিত অভিযোগসমূহের বিষয়ে অবিলম্বে একটি স্বাধীন, নিরপেক্ষ ও স্বচ্ছ তদন্ত পরিচালনা করা হোক এবং প্রকৃত ঘটনা উদ্ঘাটন করা হোক।

এছাড়াও, আমরা ক্যাম্পে সংঘটিত হত্যাকাণ্ড, অপহরণ, চাঁদাবাজি, যৌন সহিংসতাসহ অন্যান্য সহিংস অপরাধের বিভিন্ন প্রতিবেদনে গভীরভাবে উদ্বিগ্ন। আমরা সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষের প্রতি অনুরোধ জানাই যে, এসব ঘটনার পSubject: Urgent Complaint and Request for Immediate Investigation

We, members of the Rohingya community, respectfully submit this complaint regarding the serious security situation in the Rohingya refugee camps and the reported killing of Rohingya youth Zubair.
We are deeply concerned by allegations involving armed groups operating in the camps, including RSO and ARO. Allegations have also mentioned individuals including Mv Shomshun Nur, Mv Nasair, Hala Bashi, Topi Ayob, and others. We respectfully request that the Government conduct an immediate, independent, and impartial investigation into these allegations.
We are also concerned by reports of violent crimes in the camps, including killings, kidnappings, extortion, and sexual violence. We urge the authorities to investigate all such reports thoroughly, protect victims and witnesses, and prosecute anyone found responsible under the laws of
