Brothers Barber School Brothers Barber School was conceptualized in 1998 out of the need to change the way new barbers in Barbados entered the industry.
Until 1999 all new persons who became barbers simply moved from a home based trial and error practice to a chair rental arrangment. It became evident that a training program was needed to standardize the skill level of barbers, thus Brothers Barber Shop was established.
