We recommend consulting a professional stylist should you consider coloring the hair. Of course our virgin hair will take and hold permanent, semi-permanent, cellophane, and lift beautifully, just like your own natural hair. RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

*No exchanges after installation or alterations.
*All bundles to be exchanged must be in same condition as when you received it

In rare, extreme cases where a customer may experience severe tangling/shedding we will make exceptions and handle those occurences accordingly.
