I had the pleasure of having Thuy from Mums & Bubs Classes | Babywearing | Fitness | Support and her beautiful family in our studio. Such a sweet soul and so inspiring doing what she does, helping other mums workout with baby. If you’re in Melbourne’s North and want a comfortable Baby friendly environment to work out with other Mums ran by a Mum she’s your girl 🥰

When you’ve already breastfed 4 babies, heavy on the chest, posture not the same as pre baby era.
The positions you get in for “the shot” really be taking a toll on your back 😂. Though through the back pain and all, wouldn’t change this work for anything ❤️
