Our 3rd Cacao & Sound Healing Ceremony. 🤎☯️
This time, we gathered with intention — focusing on winter wellness: soothing dry throats, strengthening the digestive system, and warming the body from within.
Drawing from Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian theory, we activated key stomach meridian acupoints, while also opening the Throat, Solar Plexus and Sacral chakras through sound and vocal healing. 🎶
Every circle, I feel our collective energy grow stronger. That's the magic of coming together. 🌿
Thank you to every beautiful soul who showed up for themselves and for this space. And as always, a huge thank you to my co-facilitator Yasmin — doing this with you is such a gift. 🙏🤎
