A quick update on my recovery journey! 👋

I wanted to hop on here and give you all a quick update. As many of you know, I am currently recovering from an extensive surgery, and I wanted to check in and let you know how things are tracking.

My recovery is going well, but I still have about 4 weeks left before my doctors give me the green light to officially return to work.

I miss my clients and my business terribly, and I am fully intending on returning as soon as humanly possible! That said, ensuring I heal completely is my top priority right now so that I can give you my absolute best when I am back.

A few quick details for now:

• Return timeline: I am aiming for a return around november and I will share a firm date as it gets closer. I will not be able to come back at full capacity straight away but I will be reaching out closer to the time of my return to those who appointments had to be cancelled first to reschedule and work my way from there.

• Current status: I have multiple medical appointments a week still at this stage as incision wounds are still not fully healed and need tending to. And due to some of the other damage done internally by the appendix I have a long way to go before the inside is going to be fully healed. It will just be a matter of when it's safe to resume some normalcy such as even doing chores or driving.

• While I'm away: If you have an urgent inquiry don't hesitate to reach out.

Hey everyone! Just a quick update on what's going on at the moment. I am home and I'm slowly recovering post surgery. It was a long and intense surgery that is requiring a lot of healing time and with following the surgeons instructions I will not be up for work atleast for a few more weeks. At this stage it is looking like I'll be back in action in October as long as I am feeling well enough to do so. Please keep in mind that I will not be going straight back into work at the same capacity and will be easier g myself back in to it. A lot of my internal healing will still be continuing for a few months so even when I'm back I will have to take it easy .

Once I am sure when I will be ready to come back, I will begin reaching out to everyone in order of missed appointments and start to reschedule.

I am so sorry for the long disruption to your massage sessions, and thank you for your understanding during this time while I heal ❤️❤️

❤️Medical/surgical update ❤️

Hi all! Firstly, I want to extend my absolute greatest thanks to those who have reached out and sent wishes. It has been very heart warming to receive such caring thoughts from so many ❤️

Now, I am currently am in hospital in Adelaide. I was sent there Tuesday night and I will be here for atleast 3 more days at this stage definitely no less. I had to have an extensive appendectomy and some surround complications from the appendix itself so my recovery time is not going to be a short one unfortunately.

At this stage I can't give any idea when I will well enough to be working (atleast a couple weeks after I get home from the hospital) I am just grateful to be taking small steps around the room today.

I am sorry that this is obviously a big inconvenience to you all aswell because massage day is always the best day and I do promise to get better and back to work as soon as I safely can.

International Cat Day is a celebration which takes place on 8 August of every year. It was created in 2002 by the International Fund for Animal Welfare. It is a day to raise awareness for cats and learn about ways to help and protect them.

This year's theme is "Celebrating Cats" . With an estimated 600 million cats worldwide, both owned and unowned, the theme 'Celebrating Cats' invites cat advocates to come together and share their love for cats – fostering a sense of community and shared passion for championing their welfare.
