The confidence and experience you want only come after you start. They come from the awkward first attempts, the results you second-guess, the ideas that just weren’t IT, the lessons you learn and the days you wonder if you’re cut out for it.

Then come the little moments where you realise all that effort is starting to pay off. 🤍
