A little reminder that Zoe’s appointments are open for the lead up to Christmas.
If you would like to be organised ahead of your silly season events, now is a lovely time to book in and secure a time that suits you. Zoe will be seeing clients in Ballarat on selected days, and we would love to see you before the year wraps up xx

A controlled clinical trial of 136 volunteers found that, after a course of red or red and near infrared light sessions, the treatment groups showed statistically significant differences in ultrasound assessed intradermal collagen density and skin roughness compared with controls. The study used 30 sessions, so it is a good reminder that protocols and consistency matter.
Like most skin longevity conversations, it is not about a one off appointment. The wavelength, dose, frequency and your own skin all matter, which is why any plan should be individual.

Have you noticed your face looks different after weight loss?
Weight loss can change the way volume is distributed through the face. For some people, this may mean more hollowing through the cheeks or temples, deeper under eye shadowing, or folds around the mouth becoming more noticeable.
It looks different for everyone, which is why a proper consultation matters. We can assess your face as a whole, understand the changes you are noticing and discuss options that may be appropriate for your individual anatomy, health history and goals.

Medical weight loss medication is not a replacement for diet, movement and long term lifestyle support. It may be one part of a medically supervised plan for some people, but it is not right for everyone.
Eligibility, treatment duration and possible side effects are individual. A proper health assessment, appropriate prescribing and ongoing monitoring are essential. Please do not purchase prescription medication from unverified online sources.

Facial profiling is a structured way of looking at the face as a whole. During a consultation, we may look at proportions, facial width, chin position, lower face height, midface projection, jawline continuity, the neck and natural asymmetry. These reference points help us understand how the features work together, rather than focusing on one concern in isolation.
The goal is not to measure you against a beauty standard. It is to have more information, listen to what matters to you and create a considered plan around your own anatomy, health history and goals.
If this is something you would like to explore, simply add a note to your booking saying you would like to discuss facial profiling, or mention it when you arrive for your consultation.
