We've just refreshed our day-by-day aftercare guide on the website, based on the latest research into how collagen is actually built after needling, along with updates from the FDM product range we use in salon.

The big change? Your Vitamin B and moisturiser are the stars of the first 48 hours — hydration and barrier support while your skin recovers. Your Vitamin A and Vitamin C serums now come back in from day 3, once that recovery phase has done its job. We've also explained exactly why your vitamin A is fine from day 3 — it's the gentlest form of vitamin A, and your skin handles it beautifully once the barrier has settled.

It's a small timing change that makes a real difference to your results. 💛
