She had been using box dye on her hair for years, and her inspiration was a much cooler, ash-toned balayage. During the consultation, we explained that we might not be able to achieve that result in the first session, but with patience and the right colour journey, we can slowly get there. ✨
The colour simply didn’t lift as much as we expected, so rather than pushing the hair and compromising its condition, we recommended working with a warmer toner for this session
It might not be the exact colour she had initially envisioned, but healthy hair always comes first. 🤍 We’ll gradually remove the old box-dye build-up and work towards her desired ash balayage over time.
