There is a difference between masking a concern and actually understanding it.

Fine lines and wrinkles mean something different on every face, how long they have been there, what is driving them, what will actually help. That is not something to work out from a comment section or a quick scroll. It is something we work out together, in the room, with a proper look at what is going on.

Nurse Liv put it simply: if fine lines or wrinkles are on your mind, come in for a consultation so we can determine how to best support your skin.

If you've had a treatment with Prue, this won't surprise you.

Prue has been named a finalist for Clinician Excellence in this year's Synergie Awards!

It is the kind of recognition that does not come from a single great result, it comes from years of getting the assessment right, treating with intention, and showing up for the person in front of her.

We already knew this about her. It is nice when the rest of the industry does too.

Excellence is not a one-off. It is what happens when someone keeps choosing it, quietly, appointment after appointment.

Congratulations, Prue! We could not be prouder. โค๏ธ

LED gets underestimated because it looks like nothing is happening.

It works with different wavelengths of light to support the skin's own repair process, calming inflammation, encouraging collagen production, or targeting breakout-causing bacteria, depending on which setting is used. There is no downtime and it is generally comfortable, most people find it one of the more relaxing parts of a treatment rather than something to brace for.

It is often paired with something else, like skin needling or IPL, rather than standing alone, supporting the skin while it does the heavier work.

Whether it suits your skin, and what it is paired with, comes down to a proper assessment first.

Assess first, treat with intention, and let's work out what your skin actually needs.

Book a consultation and we will take it from there.

Results vary between individuals. Consultation and suitability assessment required. All treatments carry risks.

Most treatments ask you to pick one concern. Tribella does not make you choose.

It combines IPL, radiofrequency, and skin resurfacing in a single appointment, three approaches working together rather than three separate visits stacked on top of each other. Each one is doing something different, working on tone, tightening, and texture, so the treatment addresses more of what is actually going on with your skin rather than one piece of it.

Whether it suits your skin comes down to a proper assessment first, the same as anything else here.

Assess first, treat with intention, and let's work out if Tribella is the right fit for what your skin needs.

Most people rehearse what they are going to say before a consultation. Olivia has heard it all anyway.

She sits down with people at every stage, some who know exactly what they want, others who just know something feels off and have not quite worked out the words for it. Both are completely normal ways to start. Her whole approach is the same one the team works from: look properly, ask the right questions, and build a plan around what your skin is actually dealing with, not what you think you are supposed to say.

If a concern has been sitting with you for a while, unspoken or half-explained, that is exactly what a consultation is for.

Assess first, treat with intention, and let's work out what your skin actually needs.

Book a consultation with one of our registered nurses, and we will take it from there.

Skin needling calls for patience, and spring happens to offer some.

A few sessions, spaced apart. Your skin is doing quiet work in between. That is skin needling, and spring is a sensible time to start.

UV is lower now, which gives your skin an easier run to settle before summer.

If it has been on your mind, let's talk about it. Now is a great time.

Drinking more water will not fix skin that is dry for a different reason.

Hydration works from two directions, and they do genuinely different things. What you drink supports your whole body, skin included, but it is one factor among several, not a stand-alone fix for skin that feels tight or looks dull. Topical hydration works directly on the surface, drawing moisture in and helping the skin hold onto it, which water intake alone cannot do.

Neither one replaces the other. Skin that still feels dry despite drinking plenty of water is often missing support from the outside, and skin loaded with serums but skipping the basics is often missing support from within.

Assess first, treat with intention, and let's work out what your skin is actually missing.

Book a consultation and we will take it from there.

The quietest part of a facial is often the one people remember most.

The mask stage is often the quietest part of the treatment, and also one of the most effective. While it works on the skin, supporting hydration and letting active ingredients settle in properly, it also gives you a genuine pause, warm, still, nowhere else to be for those few minutes. Most people say it is the part they remember most, not because it is dramatic, but because it rarely happens anywhere else in their week.

Not every step needs to be active to matter.

Book a facial and give yourself the pause.

Acne rarely travels alone. The redness and marks it leaves behind often outlast the breakouts themselves.

IPL works with light, and for acne-prone skin, it is generally used to address the aftermath of breakouts: visible redness, inflammation, and pigmented marks beneath the surface. It is often paired with LED first, a bit like a proper warm-up, before the IPL does its part. Most people carry on with their day afterwards, sometimes with a bit of flush, nothing more dramatic than that.

Whether it suits your skin comes down to a proper assessment. Acne presents differently for everyone, and what your skin needs alongside IPL, if anything, depends on what is actually driving it.

Assess first, treat with intention, and let's work out if IPL has a place in your plan.

Book a consultation and we will take it from there.
