Apparently there’s a “right” way to run a salon… I’m still waiting for the handbook 😂
I’m 26, still learning as I go, and I definitely don’t get everything right. But I know what kind of salon I want Blush & Mane to be.
A place where the girls can have a personality, apprentices actually get opportunities, we talk openly about money and growth, and nobody has to act like a robot just because they’re at work.
I want my team to actually like coming to work and our clients to feel like they’re walking into somewhere fun, welcoming and a little bit unhinged 😂💗
Will we make mistakes? Absolutely.
Will I probably change my mind another 700 times? Also yes.
But we’re building this thing our way 💋
