THAI HERBS TRADITIONALLY USED FOR DIGESTION 🇹🇭

Thai traditional wellness has long used herbs and spices as part of everyday food and herbal preparations to support comfortable digestion. 🌱

✨ 5 Traditional Thai Herbs & Spices

1️⃣ Ginger (ขิง)
Traditionally used to support digestion and help with feelings of bloating, nausea and stomach discomfort.

2️⃣ Turmeric (ขมิ้น)
A popular Thai kitchen herb traditionally used to support digestive comfort and overall wellbeing.

3️⃣ Lemongrass (ตะไคร้)
Refreshing and aromatic, lemongrass is traditionally enjoyed in teas and Thai dishes to support digestion.

4️⃣ Galangal (ข่า)
Common in Thai cooking, especially Tom Yum. Traditionally valued for digestive and warming properties.

5️⃣ Kaffir Lime / Makrut Lime (มะกรูด)
Used in Thai cuisine and traditional preparations for its refreshing aroma and digestive-supporting qualities.

🌿 Simple wellness idea:
Try incorporating fresh Thai herbs into your meals, soups or herbal teas as part of a balanced lifestyle.

💚 Eat naturally • Move daily • Rest deeply • Nourish your body

✨ Traditional use does not necessarily mean these herbs treat or cure medical conditions. If you have ongoing digestive symptoms or take medication, speak with your healthcare professional.

Work out for arm and shoulder exercises using

Resistance band🌸🥰

29/09/2026

💪 Shoulder & Arm Workout with a Resistance Band

Turn a simple resistance band into a powerful tool for stronger shoulders, toned arms and better upper-body mobility! 🌿

This simple movement helps you:
✨ Open and stretch the shoulders
✨ Improve shoulder mobility
✨ Activate the upper back and arms
✨ Build strength in the shoulders and arms
✨ Reduce stiffness from sitting and working at a desk

Try it:
1️⃣ Hold the resistance band with both hands.
2️⃣ Keep your arms straight and gently pull the band apart.
3️⃣ Keep your shoulders relaxed—don’t shrug.
4️⃣ Slowly return to the starting position.
5️⃣ Repeat 10–15 times × 2–3 sets.

💡 Tip: Start with a light resistance band and move slowly. Quality of movement is more important than resistance.

🌿 Move your body. Strengthen your body. Take care of your wellbeing.
