I'm a passionate young woman who loves to chat and connect with those who come into my clinic. What I really do is Remedial Massage, with complimentary modalities of Dry Needling and Myofascial Cupping. I've worked on over 1000 bodies, young and old, in my 12 years of experience. I created my business because I believe everyone has the right to self-care and be in charge of their own health. The real reason I do what I do, is to connect, empower and energize my local community. I love nothing more than hearing that I've really made a difference to someone's body. ❤️ 17 YEARS TODAY ❤️
Today marks 17 years of running my massage business, and honestly… I’m feeling a little emotional looking back at how far it has come.
When I first started, I had a flying start. I was lucky enough to build up a beautiful client base quite quickly, and then came the challenge of maintaining that momentum — year after year, appointment after appointment, always trying to give my clients the best experience I could.
For a long time, business felt pretty cruisy. It was consistent, I was busy, and I never really had to question what the next year would look like.
This year has been a little different. Things have taken a bit of a turn, and I’ve had to adjust to the possibility that this may be a new normal. It’s been a little challenging at times, and definitely something I’ve had to get my head around.
But I’m choosing to focus on the positives. ❤️
Seventeen years is a pretty incredible milestone, and I wouldn’t have got here without the people who have supported me along the way.
To every person who has booked an appointment, come back again and again, recommended me to a friend, bought a voucher, checked in on me, or simply continued to choose Realigned Wellness — thank you.
Some of you have been with me for years and years, and I genuinely appreciate every single one of you. You’re not just appointments in my diary. You’re the people who have allowed me to build a business that I’ve been able to call my own for the past 17 years. 🥹❤️
