✨ What is Kundalini Activation? ✨
Kundalini Activation is a gentle energy transmission that invites your own life force energy to awaken and move through the body. Everyone's experience is unique. Some people feel deep relaxation, some experience emotion, some feel energy moving, while others simply enjoy one of the deepest states of peace they've felt in a long time.
People often leave sessions feeling calmer, lighter, more connected to themselves, and with a greater sense of clarity, joy, and inner peace. It's not about forcing an experience—it's about allowing your body and nervous system to receive exactly what they need in that moment.
