✨ A little update regarding our appointment policy ✨
As a small business, we truly value every booking and the time we set aside for each of you. Unfortunately, we’ve recently experienced an increase in no-shows and last-minute changes, which can have a big impact on our business.
To help protect our time and availability, a 50% deposit is now required to secure your appointment. 🤍
Your deposit can be:
• Used towards your appointment on the day
• Kept safely on file, so you don’t need to pay a deposit every time
Please remember, 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations, rescheduling, or changes to your booked services. Appointments changed within 48 hours and no-shows may result in your deposit being forfeited.
We completely understand that life happens, and we always encourage you to reach out as soon as possible if something comes up.

We completely understand that things can happen and sometimes appointments need to be missed. However, when an appointment is a no-show, it has a significant impact on our small salon.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We’ve allocated our stylist’s time, prepared for your service, and potentially turned away other clients who would have loved to take that appointment. When someone doesn’t arrive and we haven’t had enough notice to fill the spot, that time and the income that comes with it is simply lost.
As a small business, every appointment matters. We still have wages, rent, products and other salon costs to cover, whether a client attends or not.
Our no-show policy isn’t intended to be punitive. It’s there to protect our small business and our staff’s time, while ensuring we can continue providing the level of service our clients expect.
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We really appreciate your understanding and consideration. ❤
