Cupping is an excellent way of promoting healing, stretching fascia and improving circulation. I use it in most of my remedial massage sessions.
My client here had some serious post leg day soreness, she’s an intense gym trainer. However, cupping is useful for most causes of muscle tension, it’s great for adhesions and tight fascia. And when done correctly is also useful for lymphatic drainage. Amazing!
