I’m a holistic healer, and I hold space for people who are ready to go deeper than simply feeling better for a few hours.

Because sometimes we don’t need another distraction from what we’re carrying.

We need the space to finally meet it.

That is the intention behind this retreat.

We begin by reconnecting with you.

Not the mum.
Not the partner.
Not the business owner.
Not the person everyone relies on.

From there, the healing journey gently takes you into the layers you’ve been carrying — the stories, grief, hurt, emotions and heaviness that may have shaped the way you see yourself and your life.

Not to relive your past.

But to create space to acknowledge what’s there, process what you're ready for, and begin loosening your grip on what you no longer want defining your future.

And then we move into something beautiful…

Reconnection. Heart opening. Rebirth.
