With 15 years in the industry, Penny’s craft has been refined into something truly her own — a signature touch for shimmering brunettes and warm, honey-toned blondes. She’s equally at home behind the scissors, known for fringes and layered cuts with real shape and movement.
This year also marks a special milestone — Cherub just turned five! A beautiful reminder of everything Penny has built, one client and one colour at a time.
