A mushroom that looks like a lion and acts like one too. 🦁

Lion’s Mane has been quietly doing the rounds in traditional East Asian medicine for centuries. Now science is catching up and it’s pretty impressive.

It contains two compounds found nowhere else in nature. Research suggests they can cross directly into the brain and may help the proteins that keep your nerve cells growing and communicating. Basically fertiliser for your brain.

It’s in the FOCUS patch for a reason. Swipe to see what else is in there 🩷

POV: You’re about to fly halfway across the world with a fussy eater ✈️

Today’s travel menu:
🥪 Vegemite sandwiches
🍜 Plain noodles packed from home
🥔 Pringles

And honestly… that’s okay.

Behind this brand is a real family who lives this every single day. SensaPatch was never created because I wanted to build a business. It was created because I was a mum trying to find another way to support my son when traditional supplements just weren’t an option.

Tomorrow we’ll all be patching up before we fly 💛

✨ Ari: Multivitamin
✨ Indi: Multivitamin
✨ Me & Blake: Multivitamin + Energy (because… airport with two kids 🤣)

Sometimes feeding your child isn’t about perfectly balanced meals. Sometimes it’s about getting through the day with as little stress as possible.

If you’re raising a little picky eater, I see you. You’re not failing. You’re doing your best. ❤️

Winter can quietly add so much extra load to autistic nervous systems.

Wet clothes.
Scratchy layers.
Darker afternoons.
Noise of heaters.
Disrupted routines.
Exhaustion after school.

Things that might look “small” from the outside can build up all day in a sensory-sensitive body.

❤️

We constantly hear from our customers that their kids are actually asking to wear their patches ❤️ it’s honestly the best thing to hear knowing that so many kids struggle so much with oral supplements.

Does your kid have a name for their patch?
Let us know in the comments 🥰

Zinc is one of those nutrients people rarely think about until they are completely run down.

Your body uses zinc to support:
💜 immune function
💜 recovery
💜 energy production
💜 concentration
💜 nervous system health

Which matters even more during sickness season.

When life is already overwhelming, the body needs more support, not more pressure.

Stay zinc-ed up this winter 🧡🧡

And somehow the hardest task on my to-do list was feeding myself 😅

Building a business while raising kids is not for the faint-hearted, but I’d choose this life every single time! ❤️

My son Ari is autistic, and he is the reason behind so much of what this brand stands for. He is the reason I think so deeply about sensory needs and creating wellness that feels accessible for different kinds of brains 💙

And today is Autistic Pride Day.

Research consistently shows that disabled and neurodivergent children experience higher rates of behavioural correction and negative feedback compared to their peers, especially in school environments.

Over time, constantly being told you are “too much,” “too sensitive,” “too loud” or “doing it wrong” can teach a nervous system that existing naturally is unsafe or incorrect.

That is why Autistic Pride matters so much ♾️

Autistic prople deserve to exist without constantly feeling like they need to apologise for who they are.

Understanding changes people far more deeply than correction ever will 🤍

Some children move through the world carrying far more sensory information than people realise. 🔊

A busy classroom, unexpected noise, uncomfortable clothing, strong emotions, transitions, smells, textures and social pressure can all build up inside the nervous system at the same time. What looks “small” from the outside can feel incredibly overwhelming inside a brain that is constantly processing everything deeply.

They’re not trying to be difficult, dramatic or attention-seeking. They are often trying incredibly hard to stay regulated in environments that were not designed with sensory-sensitive nervous systems in mind.

Sometimes the most powerful support is not teaching children to hide their discomfort better. Sometimes it is helping them feel safe enough to exist exactly as they are 💜
