Humming or singing deliberately off key, changing pitch unexpectedly or making the sound discordant can be used with the intention of making the space uncomfortable for whatever is lingering. The idea is disruption. Instead of becoming quiet, frightened and hyper aware of the presence, you deliberately change the atmosphere and assert yourself within the space

Snake Plant 🌿⚔️

Those sharp, upright leaves make it one of my favourite living wards for the home.

Metaphysically, Snake Plant carries strong associations with protection, boundaries, resilience and energetic defence. I particularly like it near entrances, windows and thresholds, where it can act as a living reminder of what is welcome into your space… and what absolutely is not.

It’s hardy, difficult to kill and stands there looking like a pot full of swords ⚔️

Do I outsource spell work?

Rarely. If I do, it’s because i think another practitioner can do a better job at tackling the thing I’m trying to solve.. whilst I pride myself on my occult knowledge and experience, I’ll never know everything (but I’ll absolutely spend every waking moment trying to learn it all)
