My name is joey. I am a chef of My muscle pie.
Most of people who know me well know that I am health freak (in a good way)
I believe in whole food. I eat un processed food. I take no sugar and no bad fat.
I love to encourage people to eat healthy food. Because food is medicine.
Here some macro breakdown for someone who count macro and calories.
There are no oil in the cooking process. The pastry is life vegan puff made from sunflower oil.
Some are hi carb but mostly from legumes and plants
All of pies and rolls are hi in protein with complete protein.
All of products are no artificial favor.
Legumes are activated before cooking.
Most of the sauce are homemade
