On a hot day like this- I refused to ignore my garden.. Having performed this skin treatment in clinic late Friday night- today is only Sunday and (day two) Coming along well, the swelling has drastically improved overnight and my skin is starting to shed already.. Nothing like a frozen cucumber to provide cooling properties along with anti itch solution as healing is itchy.. I often joke that I’m the cleanup girl.

When stubborn pigment, broken capillaries, diffuse redness, or unwanted cosmetic tattooing need attention, the Nd:YAG laser is one of my favourite tools. The technology works by delivering specific wavelengths of light that are selectively absorbed by pigment and blood vessels within the skin. These targeted structures are then naturally broken down and cleared by the body’s own processes, while the surrounding tissue remains largely unaffected.
