Unfortunately I have tried to hold off on having a cancellation policy, but due to the influx of last minute cancellations and no shows I have had no choice but to enforce this as it is not fair to my clients who are turned away and also to my small business..

If you do not show up to your appointment or cancel without minimum 24hrs notice you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee, and will not be able to book in another appointment until your account is settled.

This has been a tough decision to make but I feel it is necessary. I sincerely appreciate the continual support especially during these tough and uncertain times!
