Sometimes we get so caught up in life that we ignore the little signs our body gives us.

The tiredness. The stress. The aches. The feeling that something just isn’t quite right.

Taking time to slow down, reset and look after yourself isn’t a luxury — it’s an investment in your health and wellbeing. ❤️

Listen to your body. Give yourself permission to rest. Your future self will thank you.

We’re hiring! 🌿

City Cave Revesby is looking for a friendly and reliable Float Attendant to join our front desk team.

Applicants must be 18+ and available to work weeknights and weekends.

Think you’d be the perfect fit? Send your résumé to [email protected] 💙

Today is a reminder to pause and ask, “R U OK?” 💛

A simple conversation could change a life. Check in, listen and let the people around you know they’re not alone.

If you need a moment to breathe and reset, our doors are always open. 🖤
