And yet here I am, 3 kids, 3 different meals🤦🏻‍♀️

Any other parent guilty of this?

I definitely don't do it every night, but probably more often than I'd like to admit.

Some nights I pick my battles and decide that everyone eating SOMETHING is a win.

One thing my kids will never be able to say as adults is that their mum didn't feed them or they went hungry.

Please tell me I'm not alone, are you a “one meal, eat it or don't” household or are you running a small à la carte restaurant like me? 😂👇

Friday night watching our favourite team Sydney Roosters win ❤️🤍💙
Gym together.
Korean BBQ + movies Saturday.
Gym again this morning.
Japanese BBQ today.
And now home chilling with the kids.

Nothing extravagant.

Just one of those weekends that makes me realise how much I genuinely love the life we've created 🤍

And to the women who say there aren't any good men left, There are.

I found one who supports me, trains with me, loves my kids and apparently now trims the fat off my meat too 🥰

Ladies, raise your standards. The fat should practically remove itself, Now I just have to see if the prawn can remove their own shells 🤣

The last 3 weeks have made me realise just how many women are walking around carrying things nobody knows about 🤍

I've listened to women talk about experiences they've carried for years.

Women who don't believe they're worthy or deserving;
Women who struggle to say no without feeling guilty;
Women who know they need boundaries but are terrified of disappointing people;
Women carrying hurt, anger and resentment from things that happened years ago.

And while listening to them, a lot came up for me too.

Old wounds. Triggers. Trauma. Experiences I thought I'd already made peace with.

I've had to look at what I'm still carrying, forgive myself for choices I made when I didn't know what I know now and work towards forgiving people and experiences I've held resentment towards.

Not because what happened was okay.

But because I don't want to keep carrying it.

And then you realise how many women have their own story.

Around 1 in 5 Australian women have experienced sexual violence since the age of 15, and around 11% report experiencing sexual abuse before the age of 15.

That's just ONE type of experience women can carry quietly into adulthood.

So when we talk about confidence, self-worth, boundaries, relationships and becoming the woman we want to be, sometimes there's a much deeper story underneath it.

I finish my training this Friday, and after these three weeks I know one thing for certain:

I want to work with more women.

Not because I have everyone's answers, but because I'm willing to do the work too. 🤍

And somehow, right in the middle of all of this, something very exciting for Envy arrived on my birthday. 🥹💖

When my client sent me this and said she made it for me to post, I literally cried. 🥹🤍

Not because of the video itself.

Because of what it represented.

Sometimes support comes from places you never expected it to.

And this beautiful client showed me a level of support that, if I'm being completely real, I haven't always felt from some of the people closest to me.

She didn't have to film this.

She didn't have to edit it.

She didn't have to think about my business outside of the time she spends in my treatment room.

But she did.

And moments like this make me realise how incredibly blessed I am with the women Envy has brought into my life.

Some of you came to me as clients and somewhere along the way became people I genuinely look forward to seeing, laughing with, talking to and doing life alongside.

You support my little business.
You trust me with your skin, your bodies and sometimes the things happening in your lives.

And you probably don't realise how much I appreciate you too.

Building a business can feel lonely sometimes.

Then something like this happens and reminds me;

I'm surrounded by some pretty incredible women. 🤍

Life lately: working on more than just the outside. 🤍

Gym before the day starts.

Getting three kids ready for school, with one apparently waking up and choosing violence 🤣

Quick client, breakfast at the computer, then straight into my 3-week personal development training.

But underneath the everyday chaos, I'm doing some deeper work too.

Understanding old patterns.
Questioning beliefs I've carried for years.
Recognising what came from survival mode.
And learning what I don't want to carry into the next version of me.

Because we can spend years working on our skin, our bodies, our careers and everything around us…

while ignoring what's happening within us.

And the more I understand and work on myself, the better I can show up for the women who trust me too.

That's why Envy was never going to be just skin and body.

Sometimes the biggest transformation is changing what you carry forward. 🤍

Now hopefully tomorrow everyone chooses peace before 8am. 😂
