10k 🤯🤯🤯

This is so surreal for us. What started with two mums and best friends navigating motherhood together for the first time and giving this little dream we had created together a crack during our first maternity leave and now we are here.

10k followers might not seem like much to lots of big businesses, but to us it’s huge.

It means 10k of you believe in what we are doing, feel our content that we make is helpful and 10k of you have supported us through this journey over the past few years since we started in 2023.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and we can’t wait to bring more content and help lots of other families in Australia ❤️

Things to know when calling an ambulance!

🚑 Knowing your exact location / nearest cross street is important!
🚑 The call taker will often stay on the phone with you until the paramedics arrive
🚑 The call taker will provide instructions about turning lights on, putting pets away, unlocking the front door
❤️ Please remember that call takers are there to help you in a really stressful time, please treat them with respect.

🚨 How many fingers should you use for CPR? 🚨

It depends on the age of the patient!

❤️ Babies (under 1 year): Use 2 fingers in the centre of the chest (or the two-thumb technique)

❤️ Children (1 to 8 years): Use 1 or 2 hands, depending on the size of the child. Compress the chest by one-third of its depth.

❤️ Adults (over 8 years): Use 2 hands in the centre of the chest, compressing at least 5 cm deep.

💡 Knowing these small differences can make a big difference in an emergency.
