Why do we need an app for every different service or interest we have?

I can tell you, being a neurodivergent founder is not fun. The administrative burden, the ineptitude and arbitrary requirements are exhausting. Dealing with banks and government entities is some of the most painful and stressful things you can do.

This is why I began architecting NableU. I am so sick of the wrong focus, abrasive processes, and ignorance.

NableU is designed from the ground up to serve you!

NableU is a platform for people, and we are inviting you to be a part of its development.
We currently have an EOI form to help us connect and understand exactly what people need when using the system.

Responses are stored securely and are encrypted and stored outside of the public site. There is an option to have your response imported into the system once we have a p***c beta.

NableU is being built as infrastructure for cognitive equity: practical systems that help people navigate complexity, access appropriate support, build capability and retain agency over their own lives.

Many people are not failing because they lack intelligence, motivation or potential. They are being asked to operate within systems that create unnecessary cognitive burden, obscure their options and make support difficult to find or coordinate.

We believe better outcomes begin with better infrastructure.

NableU will bring together tools, people, local communities and practical support pathways designed around the individual rather than forcing the individual to adapt to fragmented systems.

Our focus is simple:

Help people understand what they need, find support that fits, reduce friction and turn intention into action.

We are starting locally in Sydney and building from lived experience, systems thinking and the principle that people should have greater control over the systems that affect their lives.

Introducing NableU: infrastructure for cognitive equity.

People are routinely expected to navigate complex services, fragmented support systems and high-stakes decisions without the clarity, coordination or cognitive scaffolding required to do so effectively.

The resulting failures are often attributed to the individual. In reality, many are failures of system design.

NableU is being developed to reduce that burden.

Our aim is to create practical infrastructure that helps people:

• identify and communicate their needs
• find support aligned with their preferences and circumstances
• navigate complex systems with greater clarity
• build capability and sustainable pathways
• retain agency over decisions affecting their lives

The broader vision includes participant-led support matching, local community networks, practical systems navigation and pathways that connect support, capability and meaningful participation.

AI may support parts of the system, but NableU is not an AI product. It is human-agency infrastructure: technology, community and practical support organised around cognitive equity.

We are beginning in Sydney and are open to conversations with community organisations, disability-sector participants, researchers, practitioners, funders and partners who share this direction.
