I have created a Substack about heartbreak. The real, ugly, raw depths of it, plus the science and the energetics of what is actually happening in your body.

This is where my deepest awakening came from, and it took me years, and i was alone through it all…
I never want anyone to feel the depths of abandonment I felt, while going through one of the hardest things we go through as humans.
So here I am. Sharing the depths and holding my hand out to you so you know you are not alone.

We were never meant to only take from her. Somewhere along the way we forgot that the relationship runs both ways, that she gives and we give, that she holds us and we tend her in return. Reciprocity is the remembering. It looks like hands in the soil, water offered, land cared for rather than only used, gratitude spoken out loud in the places where she has been generous with us. She never stopped loving us through any of it. She has just been waiting for us to turn around and meet her.
