As many of you may have seen on the news and social media, my close friends and beautiful clients recently lost their 25 year old brother and his young 15 month old son in a tragic accident two nights ago, all while his beautiful partner and mother of his child is also fighting for her life after the accident also. 💔

During this incredibly heartbreaking time, a GoFundMe has been created to help support the family with funeral costs and other expenses they may face.

Hey everyone, I hate having to write this but due to an increase in late arrivals, last-minute cancellations and no-shows, I need to enforce a strict booking policy moving forward.

Please respect my time the way I respect yours.

✨ Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will apply.
If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be classed as a no-show and you will be required to pay 100% of the remaining appointment cost.

✨ No Shows
If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be required to pay 100% of the remaining appointment cost.
After 2 no-shows, you will no longer be able to book with me.

✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
If you cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour window, you will be required to pay 50% of your appointment cost.
