WELLNESS SPACE TO GATHER & NOURISH
29/09/2026
Fascia is having a moment, but it’s far more than another wellness buzzword.
This connective tissue forms a continuous network throughout the body, wrapping, supporting and linking the structures that help us move.
Here at HUM, we’re interested in what happens when we stop treating the body as separate parts and start exploring it as a whole.
Through Hatha, Yin, breath, meditation and restorative practices, we create space to notice how we move, where we hold, how we breathe and what changes when we slow down enough to listen.
Not about forcing release or chasing flexibility.
More awareness.
More curiosity.
A deeper relationship with the body you’re already in.
Move. Breathe. Notice. Connect.
That’s the practice.

✨New Class✨
Kriya Meditation is a traditional Ta***ic practice designed for busy minds.
This practice seeks to simultaneously quieten, empower and transform our thoughts, by progressively guiding the mind to sit in stillness at a meditation gate.
It begins with action of the physical body through gentle movement. We then shift to pranayama breathwork to charge the energetic body.
Finally we land at a meditation gate to be guided through an internal Kriya Meditation.
Our busy lifestyles create busy and active minds, so Kriya Meditation meets the mind where it feels safe, in activity, and gently guides it to single pointed focus.

Your practice doesn’t have to look the same every day.
Some days you’re craving movement and energy.
Some days you need to slow down, create space and breathe. And some days, doing less might be exactly what you need.
Here we think about our practices as Still, Slow & Spicy.
Different ways to meet yourself exactly where you are.
No pressure to show up a certain way.
Just check in, listen, and choose the practice that feels right for you today.
So, what HUM do you need today? 🤍

✨Yin Yoga & Bodywork Training✨
🧡FINAL SPACES AVAILABLE
The HUM Yin Yoga & Bodywork Training is a journey through stillness, structure and sensation.
A space to study Yin through functional anatomy through a lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the artistry of touch. We explore fascia as the body’s inner landscape, meridians as rivers of energy, and bodywork as an act of deep listening.
This training blends knowledge, practice and embodied exploration. You’ll move through Yin anatomy, Zenthai-inspired bodywork, meridian mapping and the principles of safe, intuitive touch. You’ll learn how to hold space with integrity, to meet bodies with sensitivity, and to teach from lived experience rather than theory.
Across 6 days / 3 weekends this October
With Lyssa Breeze and Olivia Kirk

✨Yoga Nidra: The Art of Conscious Rest✨
Yoga Nidra is not Meditation, it is a state of being.
We move through a specific set of mental processes, to address different layers of the mind. Through this process we sink carefully into deep rest and back, without ever crossing over to sleep.
LEARN WHAT’S BEHIND THE PRACTICE
Join Andrea for a 2.5hr experiential workshop to explore what Yoga Nidra really is (and what it’s not), learn to recognise authentic practices, and understand the science and subtle energetics behind this ancient meditative technique.
Whether you’re a curious student or a yoga teacher seeking clarity, this session offers tools to discern, deepen, and guide others into this profound state of conscious rest. Step beyond the surface of relaxation and into the transformative power of true Yoga Nidra.
