|DIFFUSER BLEND| Due to the recent weather event, I’ve found myself working from home today. I’ve just popped this little blend into my diffuser. What have you got diffusing today?

Lime - the oil of zest for life. Powerful antioxidant that supports healthy immune function. Stimulating and refreshing to ones mood. Promotes emotional balance and well-being. It can be diffused, used topically or internally. Try adding a couple of drops to your water bottle.

Bergamot - the oil of self acceptance. This oil is both calming and uplifting. It awakens ones sole to hope and offers courage. It can be diffused, used topically and internally. Add a couple of drops to the bottoms of your feet at bedtime for a calm/restful sleep.
