Streaky Bay Remedial

Infrared saunas heat the body directly rather than warming the air around you. Using full spectrum heaters at the back and mica panels, our sauna delivers consistent, full-body warmth that supports circulation, recovery, and detoxification.
Want to be a regular user? We offer multi session packs which is much more cost effective than a casual visit.
A 5x or 10x session pack could be a unique gift for you or a friend.

Massage throughout your pregnancy is wonderful for relaxation and easing hip and lower back pain. We use a special pillow that allows you to lay face down so the therapist can access your growing and changing body .

Hey Everyone,
Great news for Streaky Bay, we have a new remedial massage therapist in town!

My clinic is now open, real treatments for people who want their body to feel good again.

I have appointments available tomorrow, Friday and Saturday for anyone who’s been thinking,
“I really need to get this sorted.”

If you’re dealing with:

• Jaw tension or clenching
• Neck stiffness
• Headaches
• Migraines

I’d love to help you.

A little update from my massage business :

I wanted to let you know that my business is now required to register for GST. As a result, from 1st October 2026 there will be a 10% increase on all massage treatments.

I know that any price increase can be difficult, and I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. This change is necessary to cover the GST component and keep my business running sustainably while continuing to provide you with the quality care and service you’ve come to expect.

Thank you so much for supporting Streaky Bay Remedial — every appointment, recommendation and kind word means the world to me.

How Saunas Affect the Heart:♥️
Heat raises skin temperature and increases your heart rate to 100–150 beats per minute, similar to a brisk walk or light jog.

Better Circulation: Blood vessels dilate (open up), which decreases arterial stiffness and improves overall blood flow.

Lower Mortality Risk: Observational studies, such as long-term Finnish cohort research, link frequent sauna use (4 to 7 times per week) to a lower risk of fatal heart disease and stroke.

Who Should Avoid Saunas: Skip the sauna if you have unstable angina, a recent heart attack, severe aortic stenosis, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or severe low blood pressure prone to fainting.

Massage is still my favourite self care ritual. There’s nothing better knowing you have an appointment booked. 🙌🏻👐🏼🤌🏽👌🏾🤙🏽

Comfort designed with curves in mind. 💆‍♀️✨
Meet our new concave massage pillow, thoughtfully designed to provide extra comfort for fuller-busted women when lying face down for a massage.
The gently contoured design creates space where you need it, helping reduce pressure across the chest while supporting a more natural, comfortable position. That means less adjusting, less discomfort, and more time to simply relax and enjoy your massage.
Because everyone deserves to feel comfortable, supported, and completely at ease. 🤍

New business hours from next week. Thats right, Saturday’s are back for both massage and sauna!
