She has grown to understand what clients want and don't want. Kim specialises in Extensions using Russian and European 100% Human 100% Remy Hair. Mircobeaded Wefts and Tapes available. Kim uses Alfaparf Lisse Design Keratin Treatment which is a smoothing treatment that is completed on the same day (No more having to leave it in for 3 days!!!) All services including colour can be done on the same day! PLEASE NOTE: All quotes done over the phone, via inbox, email or SMS may not be accurate but will inform you in the quote whether or not it may vary depending on what you are after!

20 years down… and I’m still doing what I love ♥️
A lot has changed since I started, and so much has happened along the way.
I’ve built my own business, become a teacher, learnt new skills, tried new things and, most importantly, found something I genuinely love doing.
And then came Nanoplasty — which has become such a big part of what I do now. I absolutely love the transformations and seeing how much easier it can make someone’s hair and life.
Hair has given me so much more than just a job. It’s given me a business I’m proud of, amazing clients, friendships, experiences and plenty of stories along the way 😂

This one is a pretty special part of my 20-year journey.
My first home salon was where I really started building my business — one client at a time.
After 5 years, it was time to move on and start again somewhere new. What started as an empty garage slowly became my next salon… with a LOT of work in between! 😂
Walls, flooring, glass doors, painting, styling, branding — and eventually, a space that felt completely mine.
Looking back at these photos, I can’t believe how much has changed. Not just the salon, but the business, the brand and me as a hairdresser.
From that first home salon to Hair by Kim Zipevski today… it’s been a journey. ✂️
And the funny thing is… the journey isn’t over yet. 😉

Once I became a hairdresser, the learning didn’t stop.
Over the years, my journey has taken me through salons, mobile hairdressing and eventually opening my own salon.
I continued my hairdressing studies, studied salon management and barbering and Training & Assessment, which eventually led me into teaching.
There have been so many different chapters, different hairstyles, different workplaces and plenty of changes along the way.
20 years in, I’m still learning, still evolving and still completely obsessed with hair.
And there’s still more to the story…
