The blending technique that changed how clean my makeup looks. Most artists either overblend or blend too early.

Here’s what actually works:
1. Brush first for placement and precision. This is where you control coverage and shape. Don’t go in with a sponge or you’ll sheer everything out.

2. Sponge second to soften edges. Press and bounce lightly-not to remove product, but to keep coverage while making it seamless and skin-like.

3. Under eyes: let it sit. Use a hydrating concealer and wait about a minute before blending. That pause helps it set slightly, so you get more coverage without piling on more.

4. Smooth out creases before powder. If you set over creasing, you lock it in for the rest of the day.
Blending isn’t about moving product endlessly.
It’s about placing with intention, then refining without undoing your work.
