Payment Policy

To all of my wonderful clients,

Thank you so much for supporting my small business. Your appointments and loyalty truly mean the world to me.

As a small business, every appointment and every payment makes a difference. Unfortunately, I've had a few occasions where clients have left after saying they would transfer the payment later, and despite good intentions, I still haven't received those payments.

Because of this, payment is now required at the completion of your appointment before leaving the salon. I appreciate your understanding, as this helps keep my small business running smoothly and allows me to continue providing the best service to all of my clients.

If you ever have any concerns or need to discuss payment before your appointment, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm always happy to have a chat.

Thank you for your understanding, kindness, and continued support. I genuinely appreciate every one of you and look forward to seeing you in the salon.

Hi everyone, I will be having a break from my hair room for a little while, as most have seen on facebook, I have recently just lost my husband and now need to navigate this new life with our 4 kids. Thanks for understanding, I will back and running when ready ❤️

Good morning to all my lovely clients and new clients.
I thought I would introduce myself again.

My name is Hannah, I have been operating my own hairdressing business for 10+years and doing it for longer, the past few years I have turned my attention to also being the best barber i can be, so i also work in a barbershop during the week.

I strive to fit everyone in where i can, but as many of you know, I also have 4 kids of all ages and sports take up a lot of time,

I want to point out for appointments, please please book in advance, not 1 week or 2 weeks before or the day of, i cannot garantee you a spot, if i was to cancel or shift an appointment I will always reschedule.

I only operate on MONDAYS & SATURDAYS, and saturdays are a very complex day to try and book, so book extra in advance.
Feel free to throw a few dates and times through for appointments that suit.

Hey, everyone,
I have been super quiet on my page, but I'm super busy in life.
Xmas is booking super fast, with very few appointments left.
My hours have taken a huge turn and are now only available on Mondays and some Saturdays.
With the ever cost of living and products also means i unfortunately have to put my prices up. I will do my very best to keep them low as i love all my clients ❤️
Thank you for all being super supportive of my family and my business, I will post the days I am available if I have cancellations. 🥰
