Okay ladies, this isn’t really the kind of post I usually do, but being in the beauty industry, I feel like it’s important that we look after ourselves too. ❤️

About two years ago, I found a lump on my hairline, on my face. I honestly kept putting it off and thought it was probably nothing. It took me nearly two years to finally get it checked — and it turned out to be skin cancer.

I had it removed on Friday, and I won’t lie, it wasn’t a pleasant experience. But it really made me realise how important it is to listen to your body and get anything unusual checked.

So I’m just putting this out there for all you ladies and men — please check your skin. If you notice a lump, spot, change or anything that doesn’t look or feel right, don’t put it off like I did. Get it checked.

Skin cancer is real, and catching things early can make such a difference. ❤️

Creating magic! The first thing a client says when they come in for their brow tattoo is that they don’t want them too dark. 🙌🏼 I totally agree and I try to create that soft, natural brow.
