Especially grateful for my husband packing up the shop in just 2 hrs and getting it done (we were definitely cutting it fine being 38wks pregnant) 😅

We have a huge announcement here at Cosmetic Touch 🤍

As you all know Isabella is 35 weeks pregnant and herself and her family will be welcoming a new baby in mid August.
We have decided it is not sustainable to cover the cost of the overheads that come with maintaining a shop front / business when she will be off work / or working minimal.
We have decided we move locations to something more suitable whilst we have a new baby and have decided to return working from home.

With a lot of clients expressing their willingness to come see her from home we have realised it’s the only way to make it work. With a new house build taking place we will eventually have a beautiful at home space that I will continue to work from. In the meantime she will be keeping a number of her regular clients and continuing that from home.
This is the only way it is possible to continue doing what she loves , and making it suitable around a precious new baby needing her also.

This is a very bitter-sweet moment. It will be very hard to pause what I love doing (on a full time basis) but I am looking forward to the depths of motherhood again and those precious newborn days ❤️

Putting a thriving business on HOLD was definitely one of the hardest yet easiest decisions I have ever had to make.
At the end of the day all we have, will be our kids and the family we created.
I knew if we didn’t add to our family I would have major regrets in the future that I put work before what we both wanted as a family.
Work will always be there, but time won’t be.

This business we have built from the ground up.
We have had a lot of clients over the 5 years we have operated for.
It amazes me just the support and demand we have had in that time. Clients that I have who travel regularly from Muswellbrook, Cessnock, branxton, elderslie, Aberdeen, Scone, Gosford and even one client from out west - Gulgong, and of course our BEAUTIFUL LOCAL SINGLETON CLIENTS 🤍

I can’t even put into words my immense, heartfelt gratitude for the continued support from each and every one of you. This business wouldn’t be possible without you. Each and every one of you have turned into more than just a client.
I have to especially shed some light on huge heartfelt Thank you.
Running a business and having children never works without flexibility.
I am so very grateful for my clients, always being so easy and understanding when it comes to shuffling someone to be able to attended an assembly at my children’s school, finishing early to accommodate a kindergarten transition program and the gratitude that I have never missed a school event because of the beautiful clients I have. It has never gone unnoticed or unappreciated. ❤️

I can’t wait to immerse myself back into the precious newborn days at home and spend the days along side my family again.
Mother hood & my family will always come first. (And somewhere in between we all know I ALWAYS make time for my beautiful clients 🙊)

I will miss all of my clients, clients that have turned into friends and Our shop, although I know time is a thief and it won’t be long before I will be juggling the love for my business and family again soon. When we return full time, we will have an exciting new location that we will be operating from. 🥰

I would have spoken individually with all my clients by now about this update but if we haven’t had a chance to chat and If you are a regular client of mine and we haven’t organised your future appointments with me, feel free to contact me directly if you are needing something, but for the new clients and any future clients I will see you all again soon 🤍🤍

As you are all aware we had the beautiful Aimee from AIMEE MCRAE MUA offering her talented makeup services and Shay from Iconic_Lash&Brow working within our space. They will both be continuing and offering you all their services still from their at home spaces. We send our love and best wishes for their future and enjoyed the beautiful time we had with them at Cosmetic Touch 🤍🤍

We are so excited for this next chapter with our family and these business plans of navigating a new location.
But for now we still have a very busy 3 weeks of work left (hasn’t that flown) so I will see you all at your next appointments 🤍🤍
