Wondering what session is best for you?
We’ve got 4 different types! Something to suit everyone 🔥
✅PRIVATE- Book the sauna just for you and your group! From $32 pp when booked with 8 people. 👯
✅SCULPT- 45 minute mat Pilates workout, 60 minute sauna with the gals…and hot cinnamon donuts 🤤 We release dates monthly so keep a look out!
✅EVENT- 1 hour not enough? Book the sauna for 2 hours with your group and really settle in and relax 🙌🏼
✅SOCIAL- Want to come by yourself or with a friend? Book into the social and come and meet other likeminded people 🔥
We are open Thursday - Sunday from 7am 🫶🏼
