✨ WHY DO I TAKE DEPOSITS? ✨

As a small business, every appointment is time that I set aside especially for you. When you book an appointment, that time is no longer available for another client.

Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations and no-shows can mean I lose both the appointment and the income from that time. 💕

A $25 non-refundable deposit helps protect my small business from lost time and allows me to continue providing the service, quality and flexibility I offer my clients.

I completely understand that things can come up, this policy simply helps ensure that appointments are taken seriously and that my time is respected. 🥰
