We are Nicole and Hannah. We’ve worked together for the past 10+ years, and today we share Sorélle Studio, our private space in Rural View.

Over that time, we’ve built businesses together, developed our individual specialties and worked alongside each other through many changes. We bring different strengths to our work, but share the same expectations when it comes to looking after our clients.

Nicole specialises in hair extensions, drawing on 37 years of hairdressing experience. Hannah specialises in colour and cutting, with a particular focus on blondes and colour corrections. Working together means we can consider how your colour, cut and extensions will complement each other.

At the studio, we each see our clients one-to-one. There’s time to have a conversation about your hair, explain our recommendations and give the details the attention they need.

It’s a personal way of working, and one we both value.

After 37 years in hairdressing, I am very comfortable explaining why I would approach your hair differently from the photo you have brought in.

I want to understand what you love about that photo, then look carefully at what your own natural hair can support. The amount I add, the placement and the length all need to make sense for you.

Sometimes my recommendation will be more restrained than you expected. I will explain my reason, because the hair underneath the extensions deserves as much consideration as the end result.

That judgement is a significant part of what you are booking when you book with me. That is priceless.

When you sit in my chair, I am thinking and considering how your hair extensions will wear well beyond the appointment.

Your natural hair’s density, its condition and what it can comfortably support helps my decisions. Sometimes that means recommending less hair or a different placement than you had in mind. I will always explain why.

I want you to understand what I am recommending and feel confident in the reasons behind it.
