I never thought I would feel ready to say those words, but there is a strange kind of peace in finally choosing what feels right.

Closing HAYNESS BEAUTY in Australia is heartbreaking, but I know it’s time. I’m no longer aligned with the life I’m building here, and I’m finally ready to trust my intuition again.

This will be my last Australian summer, but it isn’t the end of HAYNESS. It’s the beginning of taking it around the world.

Thank you, Australia. Thank you to my clients, the beauty businesses, the incredible women and every brand that believed in me. You will always be part of my story.

This next chapter won’t be limited to one address, one city or one country. You may find me in different places, creating new projects, meeting new people and discovering how far HAYNESS BEAUTY can go.

To any brands, beauty businesses or creatives interested in working or collaborating with me internationally, my DMs are open. In-person HAYNESS training will begin in Europe, so artists, salons or academies interested in training with me or hosting me in their city are also welcome to get in touch.

Online training is coming soon too, allowing brow artists around the world to learn with me wherever they are.

Thank you to every client, business, woman and brand that has supported me and believed in HAYNESS. This Australian chapter is ending, but the worldwide journey is only beginning.

What is happening to my Google Business Profile is simply not acceptable.

From February until July, HAYNESS BEAUTY completely disappeared from Google and Google Maps. For five months, clients could no longer find my business, my location or my profile online, and it had a huge impact on my business.

I appealed the decision and submitted all the documents proving that HAYNESS Beauty is a legitimate business. My profile was finally reinstated in July, but more than 120 genuine five-star reviews had disappeared. I had over 420 five-star reviews only built over years of hard work, and when my profile returned, only around 300 remained.

Those reviews came from real clients who took the time to share their genuine experiences. They did not appear overnight. I worked incredibly hard to build that trust and reputation, and Google removed a huge part of it without any explanation.

Now, I have received another email saying that my profile has been disabled again.

Every attempt to get help leads to an automated email or another robot. There is no phone number, no real support and seemingly no way to speak to an actual person who can investigate and resolve the issue properly.

A small business cannot keep disappearing from Google, coming back, losing over 120 legitimate reviews and then being disabled again. This is directly affecting my visibility, my income and everything I have spent years building.

Google Google Maps , Google Australia I need a real person to review this case and provide a permanent resolution. Please stop sending automated responses and help me restore my business profile and my missing reviews.
