Deposits are forfeited if:
1. Booking is cancelled within 48 hours or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
2. Booking is rescheduled for the 2nd time.
3. Client misses the appointment or arrives 15 minutes or more past the schedule (which will also be considered a cancelled appointment). Should you miss to send a deposit and one of the above applies, a cancellation fee of $30 is payable. We do not offer refunds for any work we do, however, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the service you receive, please let us know within 24 hours from your scheduled appointment and we will do our best to provide a solution, or remove the extensions for free. By not making a full payment right after your appointment has been completed, we have every right to recover the owing amount by the use of, but not limited to, debt collecting agencies, social media including your photo and/or relevant conversations between parties. We do not privately remind our clients to pay. If we have your bank cards on our file which we have acquired when you have made a booking, we are authorised to use the card/s to pay for your balance. We will initiate the transaction/payment to cover for the owing amount. We will not be liable for any costs should you use a card that is not under your name. We will occasionally take photos and/or videos of our clients and use it for advertisements and/or promotions in social media, to exhibit the lash sets we create. By making a booking, you agree and give us permission to post your videos and/or photos online, etc. BY MAKING A BOOKING, YOU AGREE TO ALL THE ABOVE. If there is a part you do not agree, please do not book.
