Some things have become so normalised in relationships that we barely question them anymore.
Relationships change, seasons change, life gets busy… but continuing to choose each other, date each other, communicate, laugh, flirt, have s*x, protect your relationship and intentionally create connection? That part is still ours to choose. 🤍

Two days at Fortuna One, surrounded by big ideas, incredible speakers and a LOT of notes… but the biggest reminder came afterwards.
Personal and professional development isn’t about how many events you attend, books you read or podcasts you listen to. It’s what you integrate. What are you actually going to do differently when you get home?
Rory and I have spent the last couple of days unpacking what we learned, talking about what really landed for us and choosing the things we’re actually going to implement, in our health, our businesses and the way we live our life.
You don’t need to change 50 things at once. Pick the lessons that hit differently, turn them into action, and start there.
Inspiration feels amazing in the room but it’s what you do and build with it afterwards that matters most.
Turns out money can buy happiness… it just looks like a ticket to see Tony Robbins, Hands down the highlight of Fortuna One along with Steven Bartlett and Gary Brecka. The energy, the room, the message, absolutely unreal. One of those moments you just know you’ll remember for a very long time.
